TERMS & CONDITIONS

01. Booking & Confirmation

By signing and submitting the application form, the Client requests booking slots for photography/videography services with Pushpendra Studio Creation. Bookings are only finalized once a mutually agreed advance payment (token/booking amount) is completed.

02. Payment Schedule

• Advance Deposit: A non-refundable retainer fee is required to block dates.
• Balance Payment: The remaining budget must be cleared strictly on or before the day of the shoot.
• Raw/Edited deliverables will not be shared until the complete payment is cleared.

03. Rescheduling & Cancellation

If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made by the client:

• Intimation must be given at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date.
• The initial booking deposit will not be refunded upon cancellation.
• In case of bad weather or emergencies from the Studio's side, alternative dates will be provided, or a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

04. Copyright & Usage Rights

Pushpendra Studio Creation retains the copyright of all digital media produced during the event/shoot. The studio reserves the right to use the photographs and videos for promotional, portfolio, website, and social media purposes. Clients receive full personal usage rights.

05. Client Cooperation & Permissions

The client is responsible for acquiring all necessary location permissions, entry tickets, or authorities required for shooting at public/private locations. The studio will not be responsible for delays caused due to lack of clearance or client delays.

06. Digital Delivery Timelines

The selection process for raw images, processing, and cinematic video editing requires utmost precision:

• Raw previews are sent within 3–5 working days post-shoot.
• Final edited outputs take approximately 2–4 weeks depending on the work scale.
